Financial help for cancer treatment: Chief Minister's Relief Fund
The Chief minister's relief fund is used to provide medical assistance to people who are economically backward. 33% of the approximate cost will be the sanctioned amount for financial assistance. Cardiac surgery, renal transplant and cancer come under this scheme.
Remarks
Amount: The funds are from INR 25,000 - INR 2,00,000. All those who have a BPL ( Below poverty line) card and also people who have an annual income of less than INR 40,000 in the rural areas and INR 60,000 in the urban areas are eligible.
