The Chief minister's relief fund is used to provide medical assistance to people who are economically backward. 33% of the approximate cost will be the sanctioned amount for financial assistance. Cardiac surgery, renal transplant and cancer come under this scheme.
Remarks
Amount: The funds are from INR 25,000 - INR 2,00,000. All those who have a BPL ( Below poverty line) card and also people who have an annual income of less than INR 40,000 in the rural areas and INR 60,000 in the urban areas are eligible.Contact Details
