Dr. Saloni Chawla is our in-house Psychology Counsellor and Meditation Coach. With her expertise, Dr. Saloni helps individuals with depression, anxiety, cancer patients, or patients with any chronic illness. Her job revolves around assessing emotional, behavioural, and cognitive challenges and developing tailored treatment plans. She utilises psychological methods and different psychodynamic approaches, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), and conducts standardized psychological assessment plans. She provides counselling services to individuals or groups of clients and helps people build willpower and develop a positive state of mind. Additionally, Dr. Saloni conducts various workshops and meditation sessions specifically designed for cancer patients or individuals with any mental health issue.
