Inspired by the popularity of the millet puffs used in our SuperSeed Bar, Dt.Meena Jain came up with a new dish - the Super, SuperPops. An experiment with flavours and nutritious values of healthy, but light ingredients, this snack is a combination of crunchy protein-rich dal, the chatpata flavour of garlic and onion, and a hint of sweetness with jaggery, in a mixture that is sure to make your taste buds pop with joy!
