Further to quench his thirst for Thoracic Surgery he went on to pursue One year training in Thoracic Oncology and Minimally Invasive Thoracic Surgery at Asian Institute of Oncology Fortis Raheja Hospital in Mumbai. Subsequently he went to Singapore and successfully completed fellowship in Hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery and Liver Transplantation at the Asian Centre for Liver Disease & Transplantation (Singapore) under the guidance of pioneer Liver Surgeon – Dato - Tan Kai Chah. On his return to India, he joined Mahavir Cancer Sansthan - a leading tertiary Cancer centre of Eastern India located in Patna where he underwent three years Superspeciality training leading to award of the degree of Diplomate National Board [D. N. B. Surgical Oncology]. He is the co-author of chapters in Textbook titled Practical Clinical Oncology and has quite a few National & International publications to his credit.
