Risk Factors for Eosinophilic Leukemia

A risk factor can be anything that influences the development of any cancer. But having a risk factor, or many, does not give certainty of having particular cancer. Some people with no risk factors can also develop cancer.

A genetic mutation that develops during a person’s life because of smoking, environmental factors, and radiation or chemical exposure is rarely the cause of Eosinophilic leukemia. However, no specific cause is there for most patients having eosinophilic leukemia.
