Executive Summary:
Amyloidosis is a rare disease condition caused by the deposition of amyloid protein in different tissues and organs of the body. Amyloid deposits can consist of different types of proteins, based on the type of protein and its deposition location the type of Amyloidosis is determined. Amyloidosis includes AL Amyloidosis, AA Amyloidosis, and Hereditary or familial Amyloidosis, in addition to these types, the Amyloid proteins deposit in any part or sometimes throughout the body, affecting the severity of the body. Hence, there is a need to take appropriate preventive measures for a cancer-free, healthy lifestyle. Maintaining a balanced diet and healthy weight for overall well-being increases a person’s life efficiency and prevents Amyloidosis.
While individuals can practice simple exercises, yoga, and meditation daily to decrease their Amyloidosis, cancer risk and many other lifestyle diseases, limitations for the intake of alcohol and quitting the bait of smoking is also essential to lead a healthy, productive life.
